Chimmi & Co was never meant to be a business. It started as a BBQ conversationbetween two lifelong mates, both named Diego, who wanted something better on their plate.
Born in Argentina, raised on real chimichurri, these two Diegos share more than a name. They share a passion for flavour, football (the real football), and the kind of food that brings people together. Now based on the Sunshine Coast, they’re bringing theirheritage, hustle, and homemade recipesto Aussie tables, one jar at a time.
Sick of bland supermarket sauces full of seed oils and preservatives, they got to work. Using locally sourced herbs, hand-chopped garlic, red wine vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil, they created a chimichurri that does what it’s supposed to do, make everything taste better.
What started as a backyard BBQ obsession turned into a movement of flavour-hungry mates, home cooks, and BBQ lovers who care about what they eat, and what it tastes like.
